Merry Christmas everyone!!! Hope all of u guys are having a great time and enjoying the christmas!!. I don't have any designs for the Christmas though! Sorry guys had no time to do one. Anyway i want to share with you this couple of birds in love!!!

So, this is a wedding anniversary card. This card is a fully designed card, both inside and outside. I usually do a complete design on the front of the card and use a simple pop up inside. But this time I created two scenes both on the outside and the inside. On the front you can see couple of birds in a swing. The couple is so madly in love!!! Hehehe… well I think that’s what marriage is about!! My client wanted a card for their 2^nd wedding anniversary; it’s for her husband of course. So the idea that kept running in my head was “a couple madly in love”…heehe.. So instead of a human couple I chose a bird couple!!

On the inside I created a night scene with the two birds in love, the boy bird is holding a rose in his beak and the girly one which is wearing a white ribbon is singing “it’s our 2^nd wedding anniversary…” hehe…. I used this dark blue color for the background, with a few silver stars and clouds with a glittering moon!

On the front instead of using green for leaves I used … who says leaves have to be green after all!!! Hehe.. I think this color goes well with the color of the tree, brown. The couple is in pink and blue, the boy bird is wearing a black hat of course, little bit of a gentleman, I guess.

So as usual, the card is customizable and the envelope is very simple. Also this works for a birthday of a lover too! You know what to do if you like this card!!!

This is the same version as HC003A but with different colors. it looks like that this design is the most wanted one. Most of my customers ask for this design with different color themes. I used soothing and serene colors this time. I find these colors are very relaxing to the eye. used pink as the dominant color and I think the colors have a pastel look.

Hey guys…… Do u remember me???? Hehe…I guess Chami crafts could be forgotten by now… I’m extremely sorry guys…! I’ve been super busy recently…having exams and ….all.. yup that’s what I always say!!! EXAM!!! Well I’m happy to announce that finally it’s over and I’m free like a bird!! So that means I’m ready to adventure the Crafts World! Hahahah! However I managed to do a card for firnd who is also a regular customer just before the exams and I wasn’t able to post it here though..

So hee it is… she wanted a card that looks the same as AC002R but with teo hearts not one. So it designed two hearts using spiral roses but there wasn’t enough space to write the words on..so I had to write it on the bottom of the card…

Since the hearts looked a bit empty I added another heart with a red color ribbon. It’s a simple card… not too many items on it, the inside consists of a pop up with two hearts….

Well that’s all I have for now.. but hope to do more designs and try new things cos now I have lots of free time….I’m also hoping to do some tutorials, too. Well then catch u all soon…J

Butterfly card

I can’t believe I finally managed to finish this card!!! Phew!! this card nearly made me go crazy….hehe.. This is a very hard design to do..very time consuming..lots of things that can go wrong….ooooh! Seriously , this is the first time I tried to do something so complex…. The thing is this card is about symmetry.. you have to try to make the both sides look similar! And that is the hard part!!! Cos spirals you make do not like to stay the same size… At first I had to brainstorm to decide the colors for this design…but then I decided to do it in two tones, since I had limited time to finish this order. However had I been selecting colors to do this design then I would be still choosing colors! Hehe So to make it simple I decided to go with these two colors.

Fist I had to draw the design and copy it on to a tracing paper and make a sketch on the card, rolling spirals and gluing them onto the card was nerve wrecking!!! Hehe.. Since there isn’t much color I added some silver to give some shine. And I managed to do a pop-up too!

The inside and the outside of the card is very different to each other.. The idea behind the card was, the front is the gate to another special world …when you open it you go to the world of love, the world of you and me!! Hehe that’s the why the front of the card is “elegant” and the inside is somewhat cartoon type….

Te wordings are done on the inside, cos there is not enough space to write on the front!! So I added "Happy birthday My sweetheart "on the inside.

Anyway, I love the couple on the flower cloud… this order is from a friend of mine… it’s for his for a girl friend actually… I wanted to do something I haven’t done before , so this is totally a new concept from me.. And out of my comfort zone!! Hehe Anyway I’m happy with the final product and this is the most expensive card chamicrafts have from now on.. Also the largest there is! However I hope to try this again with colors added to the butterflies…when I have free time!

This is one of my favorite and most time consuming card actually!!! Yup but I do love it ..Worth all the time spent making it….!! It’s a love theme card and a birthday card, an order for a friend’s boyfriend actually… This is also a kind a two tone card… with pink and red!! Getting all the loose coils and heart shape has been such a tough job! And then I did a little pop up inside with a cute little “I love u” note and two hearts… the hearts indicate the couple actually … the boy with a bow and the girl with a flower on her head! The pink ribbon that’s running on the front of card is holding the love u note and the hearts!

The envelope is in red and padded to protect the quilled shapes.. the card can be customized…

Colorful Hearts Card...

Here I am…after some time!!! Well it’s been a long time since I made this card but had to wait to until the card is given to the intended person and ….. Well, anyway as you can see this is a card for a lover…yup that’s why lots of hearts!!! This is actually an order for one of my good friends / a regular customer…..and it’s for her boyfriend who is again a good friend of me!

Sometimes I have no clue when it comes do masculine cards…just “a shirt and a tie” card can be seen most of the times...but when it comes to love , I don’t think that’s enough! So I decided to go a safer way…with hearts!

Here I used a white color card to emphasize the colorful hearts…choosing colors for the hearts had been a little difficult..let alone deciding the designs for each heart! The soft blue heart is decorated with some white tight coils, tiny red beads on pink heart, piece of gold code on the yellow heart, pink glitter on red heart, more glitter on orange and yellow heart, tiny ribbon rose on soft green heart with silver line!!!!!! There goes my hearts!!! Phew! This car comes with a red padded envelope. As always, this card is open for customization!!

Pottery painting

Here goes my triumph at a new hobby… a new craft of course!! Pottery painting!!! Yup..this is something that I’ve been postponing for quite some time.. ’cos it takes some time to complete the job! These are little pots that contained curd, actually. Since I had a collection of these I wanted to try and turn them into something that’s good looking…

However this is all about using the things that can found at home. I didn’t bought anything, not even the paint …. Yup this is actually paint that is used to paint the walls… I found some of the leftover paint that was used to paint our house about a year ago. So I used them to paint the pots… and just like the walls double coat was necessary….heheh… See … you don’t need buy everything to enjoy crafting , you can always find something at home…!!! Now…why I did paint these… ??? well, before they were looking very ugly…not very suitable to be kept on a table… so I painted them nicely and everyone in our house has one or two of these on their table… there are perfect to keep change and clatter around. I gave the big ones to my mom and they are being used to keep spoons and forks…. !! the ugly looking these little things came in handy after the new paint job!!!!

One year anniversary!!!

Well, It’s been a looong time since I last posted here…almost a month!!!! Been busy with exams and more exams are coming up… happy to say that my university degree is almost coming to an end..now … having the finals now!! So, I was hoping to post this before ...but never got the chance…

It’s been a year since I started my blog and business officially!! my first post on 11^th May 2010. Looking back …. I found new friends who are enjoying the same field as I am, and had so many creative ideas from them…. Learned a lot! Let me just share some statistics with u now… Well I got 21 followers now and my site has been viewed about 17,500 times…yup they say the more the merrier….!!! My site is most viewed in India actually, according to the blog stats. The most viewed post is THIS.

Well, I hope to do crafting a lot more in the near future.. once my degree is complete…and until I get a job of course…!!! Thanks a for reading my blog…and I hope u guys enjoy it as much as I do….!!! Well then keep reading folks!!!!!! See ya again!!!!

Wedding Anniversary card with pop-up!!!

Another pop-up card with a lovely design! One of my favorite cards!!!
An order from a friend for his parents' 25th wedding anniversary!!! Well, once again I was left with the freedom to design what ever I want!!! hehe.... I chose few only four colors to do this design, I think it gives a different kind of look to the card rather than using many colors in a design. I've seen people work with only two tone as well.
Since he asked me to do the inside as well, I decided to do a pop-up inside... once again I did a layer pop-up with two hearts..using the same colors used in the front design. looks like I'm enjoying the pop-ups !! Hope to try some more!!!!

So this is my first attempt in making pop up cards!!! I've been hoping to make some pop-up cards, but never got the time to actually try it. I did a very simple layer pop-up and designed it a with a cake....
Well it takes time to glue all those candles and cake and make sure the cake is glued accurately.. well it's my first try and I'm satisfied with it....

Well, I did this card for a best friend of mine... up she gets to be the very first receiver of a pop-up card form me!!!! Oh, I totally forgot to mention about the front design.... I'm tired with all the flowers and trees and vases!!! hehehe so I'm doing animals now.. so ladies and gentlemen put your hands together for my "singing birds"!!!! heheh
Not many things are on the card... just the way I like it to be.... simple indeed!!! just a piece of the sun in a corner... and the birds are on a branch of a tree. They are singing birthday songs for my dear friend!!!! only a few colors are used, too.
This card is totally customizable cos' this birds will sing any song that u want them to.....:)))

Anthurian flowers for a change!!! Yup I've been doing marquees flowers spiral roses and folded roses all the time... so for a change I decided to do a different kind of flower... Anthurian flowers!! Very easy to make also....!!! I also added different kind of leaves this time... used some wires as the stems of the flowers... Birthday card with a different design! Since most of the time I’ve been doing same type of designs for sometime… Because many have an idea on what they need… so most of my customers requests a design from my catalogue. I love when someone give me the freedom to do whatever I like! In that sort of situations new designs are born! But at the same time you have a risk that your customer may not be satisfied with what you have done; although that they say “the designing is totally up to you!” they do have some design in their mind!!! But luckily that haven’t happen to me yet….like..” ewww what’s this!! This is not what I ordered!!!!” hahaha!

Oh I’m going totally off topic!! Well back to the design… yup this is a different design from what I have done already, though the flowers are not new! The vase is made up of coils which are shaped into half round shapes. This is something I tried for the first time. The flowers are spiral roses with green leaves. The title is written in gold and the envelope is pink in color.. this is a birthday card for a girlfriend… and I’m really sorry for my dumb skills at photographing!! The actual card looks much better hehehe….

yup ! A wedding wishes card !! Got this order from a regular customer of mine... She wanted to have bells with flowers in colors gold and yellow theme. Also the name of the bride and groom written in a corner. But unfortunately I didn't have any suitable gold papers to do the bells... so I had to use glittering orange color.. but I'm not very happy with it...!! Later, I found some good papers at a store. So hope to those bells again in another card.... However she was OK with the bells on this cards , luckily! !!!
I'm sorry about the photos, I was in a hurry to send these card to the customers!!

A pretty lady card!!!! I love this card.... !! I actually made it for my cousin sister's birthday... She's turning 21!!! Well, a girl is turning a lady!! So I wanted to do something symbolic as she has reached a certain milestone in her life....!! I chose red cos it also represent love...! This time no quilling is involved!!! yup only a ribbon flower!!! The dress is metallic red and earrings are silver!!

I also did the wordings inside... "A beautiful girl turns a gorgeous lady" !! Simply that's the whole idea of this card.... Well Guess this card is also suitable for a love theme card too...

Hello my dear fans....

It's been a while since I blogged or posted something new....I'm sorry about that.. I had to face an unexpected situation recently. My father passed away in November, unfortunately. I've been going through a lot at that time so that I couldn't post anything here and there was no time to craft. Plus, I'm having semester end exams at university in January (there goes the new year..!!! ) so I'm very busy at the moment with science and no time to do craft at all!!! So, I'm forced to close down chami crafts for a little while.. well until February!!! In addition to all the problems that I'm facing now... my PC is also not working..:((
I still have some new designs that I completed long ago but not yet posted!! I'll post them later.. Coz I really need to concentrate in my studies nowadays!! I'm hoping to start crafting as soon as my exam ends!!! However you can still order from me... but I will not be processing them until February.

Another Bithday Card design...

I really can't think of a title for this card.... Frankly no idea whatsoever come to my mind... May be I can call it "an odd design"... hehehe.... Actually at first I was going to make a design of a simple flower with stems and leaves... but then I just tried various designs with these bunny ear shapes by putting them here and there... and that's how this design was born!!!! hehe... However I had to make more of these quilled shapes and leaves.... I like the color combo here..its odd... This is not the first time I did this color combo... if you check out HC009A , it's the same colors but with different design..
As you all know..like most of my cards... this is customizable... I think I can call this an all occasion card... It's up to you to decide...

Folded Rose Bouquet...

Here goes another Rose bouquet card!! However this time I used folded roses! Metallic pink color strips and green stems were used to create the little roses!! I tied a thin white ribbon to decorate the boquet. The greeting is written in silver on a yellow transparent ribbon.

This is another birthday design I did for the shop of my friend!! Everyone seems to love this card!1 Cos I already got more orders for it!!!!

Here goes another birthday card design with spiral roses!!! I really love this flower! This card is very simple…. A rose bouquet!!! The roses are made from metallic pink color papers and the stems are made from green papers. I tied a golden ribbon and add some flower centers to decorate the bouquet!!

It’s funny how flower centers can be used in various ways, not just to go in the centre of the flower!!!

This card is suitable for an anniversary too… Envelope is designed with pink and cream color!! I love this envelope!!!!

Hello everyone, I’m back with new designs….
I love this card… I love to create scenes on cards!!! I made some flower gardens on my card before. But this is the one I most like…
I love the cherry tree!! Oh if you were wondering What those read things are,,, they are cherries…!!! LOL This design is very colorful and pleasant to the eyes… No bright colors are added..
The three flowers look really nice… It’s a surprise how nice just tight rolls can make real nice flowers!!! I always thought only fringed, spiral or marquees flowers look good!!!! However there were so many things that I wanted to add, but there’s only limited space! I managed to squeeze in a pretty butterfly!!! Now don’t tell me the butterfly is bigger than the trunk of the tree!!! LOL!! It’s an imagined garden!!!
Hope you like this one too… This is one of the designs that I did for my friend’s shop!! Hope his customers will find it nice…and appealing!!! This is perfect for a birthday... but if you wish to change the greeting, can do!!! :)

Crafting is fun…

I’m truly sorry that it took me song long to post anther design! I’ve been having some problems and not to mention that I got ill for a week too… However even though I was silent here I never stopped crafting!!!

I’ve been working on a project for the last few days… I got a big order from a friend, he‘s interested in selling my designs in his shop!!! So I had to make lots of cards for him! However it’s been a while since he ordered my cards, I still couldn’t complete it as I was busy and it’s a good thing he is very patient!!!

Hope his customers will love my cards!!! Hehehe

So, I had fun taking some photos while I craft. I got to warn you a very messy craft table is about be shown!!!

Here goes some of the glitter I bought lately and some of the 3D embellishment glitters I usually use.

Some folded roses with stems made of wire for a project that I’ve been doing… You can see the design very soon…

If there’s anything about crafting, that I don’t find fun, is cutting the stripes. I use a paper cutter and a metal rule to cut stripes from colored papers. It’s killing my arms!!:( !!!! Boy wish I had a paper shredder or someone to cut stripes for me !!!! :)

Chemistry- related Invitations

I made these 3 invitations for a party. It’s a party organized by the chemistry society of my university. Since it is for a chemistry related party, the invitations were needed to be chemistry-related too… it was a new challenge for me.. and they wanted 3 different designs.

So, I used the shape of benzene to create the first one…. used some spiral roses for the second one and the shape of a test tube… I used spiral roses for the third one, too. This is my latest design which I did for a friend at the University. It's for her father's birthday. She wanted to have "From daughters" on the front of the card. I used my favourite style to create this card. Which seems to be popular with everyone who orders from me nowadays!! Do a design on the middle section of the card and write the greetings on the sides. Then add this lovely code to separate the section!! I just love this style... Every time I create something with this style, I always change the design in the middle. However this is the first time I did a horizontal card with this style.

I love the color combo here.. The flower in the middle is full of vibrant colors.. I chose the same colors to design the envelope too... I chose this design and colors to make it look like that's something made by little girls!! I think it adds childish memories... coz that no matter how old we get we are still little children in our parents eyes!!

Customization is available for this card.... This card is not only suitable for a dad... for a mum or a friend....

                                   Hello again!! It's been while since I last posted something new here. The university started and the vacation is over!! So it's been busy days recently....

                                  This is a design that I did for a good friend of mine who is also a regular customer. She wanted it for a friend and she was interested in HC006B and HC005R So I combined both of them and improvised a little bit! :) The color combination are metallic blue and soft purple. Then added yellow and green also for the flower. I added silver to give it a shine. There is also a piece of soft purple color paper inside to write your greetings.... Envelope is padded and soft purple in color. Customization is available!

Another "I love you" card.. and I love it!!! Yeah, It's gorgeous!!! It's made of cream colored spiral roses.. on a maroon color card. I love to work with this color..It's such a rich color.. cream, beige or silver would go nicely with it.. What I most like is the roses.. coz they look lovely.. and my brother said.. wish he could eat them..coz they look like icing flowers!!! hahaha!!! I had to make about 3o flowers for this card.. so it's very time consuming..

Once again I used silver to write the greeting... Well Silver seems to go with any color...!! hehe I've been using lots of silver recently!!!

Also I added a cream color piece of paper inside to write your own wordings.. This card comes with a cream colored envelope with some silver heart on it...

Since I've been making lots of Birthday cards and love theme cards, I decided to do a 'thank you'

card.. Also I wanted to use the new square type card that I've used recently.. I love this color combination.. Red and Yellow... I think they go together very nicely.. I love working with yellow..coz I've got more shades of yellow..

The thing is when you are crafter.. you need to have every color.. but unfortunately.. you have to go with what's available in the market!! That is a big problem I'm having now.. I can't have the shades of the color I want.. there's just only few shades available... :( However when it comes to yellow, I can find some shades....

Again I used quilled heart shapes to create the flowers..using the shades of yellow.. The greeting is written in silver.. I think Silver and red goes perfectly well.. so a very simple design with a nice color combo!! I didn't wanna add anything else to it.. cos I don't like crowded cards much.... The envelope is soft yellow and have a little design on the front..

This card can also be customized..with any kind of greeting cards.. it's perfect for a birthday or a mothers' day too...

Here goes my first card with spiral roses or lotus!!! I always wanted to create a pond on a card.. Well, I hope this one looks like a lotus pond.. that's why I added lotus leaves.. hehe... I love creating scenes on cards.. I already made few gardens.. and hoping try some other scenes too...

Also I'm trying a new size for my cards... I love this square card.. there's so much space do the design.. I added the greeting in glittering blue.. I got this new glittering color pen set... and I love it.. the moment I set my eyes on it I thought I'm going to buy this whatever the price is!! Luckily it wasn't very expensive!! hehe..

Anyway, I think I like the design that I did for the envelope rather than the design on the card..!! hehe.. It's the most beautiful envelope I made so far... Also there's a piece of soft yellow color inside the card to write your own words... I add some glitter to the corners of the card..just to give some shine...!!

This card would be suitable for a birthday, to say thank you or even for a mothers' day... that is for you to decide!! Just tell me how you want the greeting to be customized!!

Spiral roses..or lotus!!!

I've been enjoying making spiral roses for the last couple of days... However I'd rather call them "Lotus"!!! Coz it looks like lotus to me!! he he he... Making this type of flower is not hard.. and the best thing is.. you don't have to cut stripes.. which I hate the most!! Wish I had a paper shredder...:(

Anyway I'm hoping to do some designs with this flower.. I already made one greeting card... I couldn't take the photographs coz when I finished it..it was already evening.. So, Ill do that later... how ever you have to get this flower as flat as possible.. otherwise the height of the flower will be too much and it would be very difficult to insert the card into an envelope...!

Hello there.. here I am again... I'm really sorry that it took me this long to post something new!! I promised you that new designs are on the way.. Well, I got terribly sick just as the vacation started.:( So I couldn't do anything for about a week... Anyway, I'm better now and hope to get on with crafting..

So let's get back to the design above.. This is a custom order for a good friend of mine and she wanted it for her brother.. I was given full power to any kind of design that I like...

I used this metallic blue color card.. Added a piece of soft purple color paper..with a silver code... I love these codes!!! I have more of this code in another colors.. and hope to do more designs with them... Then I added this quilled flower with a stem and a leaf.. Also added some soft blue color spirals... The greeting is written in silver.. There's a piece of soft purple color paper inside to write your wishes... The padded envelope comes in the same soft blue color... And YES this card is customizable!! As you can see there's plenty of space to write at sides!! So, if you are interested please let me know....!!!

Hi guys... Well, the exams are over...:) What a relief!!! he he ... anyway.. that means I 've got loads of time to do crafts... Well, I just got the mess in my room sorted out... hehe.. ya it was such a mess that I couldn't even find my craft knife.. yeah... however i found it in my box of ribbon!! wonder how it end up there...!! So now everything is ordered and in place.. and I can finally start my favorite hobby crafting... !! I have some ideas going through my mind.. now it's time to put them into action!! Also as I said earlier I hope to experiment some new ideas... I haven't made any new designs yet..
However I'm having a bit of a problem... Well, my internet connection is very slow... so uploading images has become a problem.. but however I'll try to post them here as soon as I get them done....!!

Hello guys... I will be taking a little break from crafts...!! As the exams are on the way at university... and I got a lot to study nowadays.. so I'm very busy at the moment..! So, I'm not taking any orders for a while!! I won't be available for about a month!!
Actually no crafty ideas come to mind these days.. coz it's filled with Physics, Maths and Statistics!!! hahaha! yeah... I don't have time to create any cards or new designs now... Mind needs to be free to wander into new ideas !! Really... when something bugs you in your mind... it's difficulty concentrate abut these things. So, I will not be posting new designs for a while ... However after the exam we are to be given a looong vacation!!! hahaha!! Can't wait for that!! And I have some huge plans for the vacation!! About my crafts of course .... I hope to step into experimenting new ideas and create more and more quiilled designs!! Yeah!! Got some ideas now... but gonna need time to put those thoughts into action!! So.. hope to be back soon... Till then....!!!

This is my favorite card from now on... I just love this design!! I made this for an order that I got from a friend. This is for her lover's birthday and she told me to do any design I like!! So I thought why make the same designs over and over again .. I tried something new..something involves quilling of course...!!! Since it's for a lover I used these pretty little heart shapes... to create the flower and added some falling colorful hearts,too!! I used a red card.. too emphasis love again ....:) I think this is the best design I ever made!1 Cos it's so simple..yet so beautiful ... My friend was excited when I gave to her!! I just couldn't part with this... but what to do...!:) I had to give it to her!! :) This card comes with a red padded envelope! Customization available. You can send this even on Mothers day or Happy Anniversary...or what ever... There's plenty of space on sides to write on. I'm terribly sorry about the photographs . I just love this card....!! I made it for my brother cos his birthday is coming up!! This is something quite different from what I've been doing lately. I used black cards for the first time here.. and decorated it with this beautiful silver code!! I made (bake) the cake with flowers, piece of a gold linen ribbon and 3D glitter!! I made the candles with strips of yellow paper and quilling!!! I cant get out of quilling! I just have to use it somewhere in the card! :) he he ... Then to bring in the confetti i used scraps of colored paper... The title is written using black out liner and silver pen... The envelope is soft yellow designed with the same piece of silver code. Yes! Customization is available.... Just let me know how you want it!!!

The heart is created using quilled roses and they are metallic pink in color. I love this little rose ! It's not that hard to make this flower once you got used to the technique!!! Birthday Card & Anniversary Card

Happy birthday card is one of my favorites. I love the colors used here, shades of yellow, peach, orange & green!! A sweet color combinationJ I also added two small roses to give a variety to the flowers. Gold 3D outline is used to mark the oval and the wordings are done in black.You can add the receiver's name here. However I added some gold to the letters by giving a gold outline for some letters. It comes with a yellow and padded envelope. I hope you will like this card. Because that most of my friends choose this as their favorite!!

The other card is also of the same type but with a different color combination and the orientation is changed to landscape. I guess that way the card looks even better. After I made the first card, I looked at in different angle, by rotating it 90 degrees. Then it hit me that this would have look better if I changed the orientation to landscape… but too late cos the design is already done!!! He he so I created another!! That’s how “Happy anniversary” card was born!! Hehe… However, the first card still looks better for me!!!

Anyway, the bottom line is that if you wish, the orientation of the card can be changed, landscape or portrait!!! This card comes with a pink & padded envelope. Both of these cards are customizable. The title can be changed and names can be added.

Phew!!! Finally I finished this one.. This is the most time consuming card I ever did!!! It took lots of time to finish the flower bouquet!! Glittering black and white is used for the groom’s coat and the bride’s gown. I add a silver ribbon to the bouquet and the envelope is designed using the same type of ribbon. The names of the couple and the date of their wedding is written in silver.

Actually I made a similar type of card for one of cousin brothers to congratulate on his wedding. I used the same names here to give you an idea that how would it look with the couple’s names on it. I add flower sequins to decorate bride’s gown. The envelope is padded and pink in color. This card will be a little expensive depending on the time consumed to create it!!!

Hey.. what do you think about this color combination??? Isn’t it sweet and soft?? I love this card coz it gives a very soft feeling..I made 3 flower pots in yellow, orange and pink. This is an all occasion card, which means no customization, sorry. This card is suitable for a girl’s birthday…well it’s just my opinion.. you can give it to a boy if you like…hehehe… As I said earlier my theme is simplicity and this is one of my simplest idea!! Here goes another flower garden card.. I love this one a lot cos it’s very colorful! I enjoy making colorful cards cos it gives me the idea that how colorful our world is…. All the colors used here are soft colors, pink, yellow and green. I added a fringed green strip to look like grass, also it gives a raised effect. Wordings are done with a pink jel pen.

This card is suitable for a child because the color combination is sweet and soft. Unfortunately, customization will be hard for this card.. as you can see not enough space to write names on it. However the title “happy birthday” can be changed into “Happy new year” if you wish. The envelope comes in yellow with a pink butterfly.

Well, this flower garden is a little small than the one I did before.. well, let’s just say that my flower garden is still growing.. he he… This time I decided to include a ladybug, instead of a butterfly! Hope it won’t eat my flowers… other wise nothing will be left on the card!! Hehehe……

I used dark colors for the flowers like dark red, dark orange and yellow but the leaves are just the same like previous one. I wanted the flowers to look like tulips..so I turned the teardrop shape upside down. I do hope it looks like tulips!!!! Hehehe..if not just imagine some kind of flower of this shape…!! The wordings are written in gold with black outline. Customization is available as there’s plenty of space for wordings. The envelope is padded and red in color… also another ladybug is spotted on the front of the envelope.. so beware cos it might eat the address too… he he he ….

Once again.. another quilled card!!! I badly wanted to create a flower garden on a card… I only used some simple shapes here.. Teardrops are used as flowers.. don’t ask me what kind of flower this is… cos I don’t know…!!! It just came to my mind… and the leaves are done with lots of leaf shapes. I made the butterfly in the corner with orange, red and peach colors, the wordings are done using a gold glitter 3D outliner.

I guess this card would be suitable for a lady. About the padded envelope, well it’s yellow and I used some colored stripes to decorate the front of the envelope. This card is also customizable. Just let me know what you need to be written on it..!!! Well, I’m hoping add more flower garden cards later on…

It took me some time to finish this card..it’s not that easy to align the curly stems of the flowers and glue them on to the card! Cos they just simply refuse to stay!!!he he… Anyway I love it, even though it’s a bit difficult one. This is an all occasion card, which means that it does not have a title and you can send to any occasion…technically that’s what ‘All Occasion Card’ stands for… I think that’s pretty much obvious!! He he..

So.. no customization for this card… as you can see there’s no space left to write the words!!!! But it’s still a nice card.. that would be perfect for.. Mother’s day, Birthday,…etc. A padded envelope which is yellow in color is available for this card. Padding is provided to protect the design from being damaged.

I just love this card!! It’s one of the best I ever did!!! I‘ve been practicing quilling for some time and here goes the result!! I used metallic orange color for the quilted flowers. The basket is made from handmade paper made by me!! Yup!! I’ve made some handmade paper some time back, and intend to do it more when I got time! Anyway that’s a whole another story!

So about the basket… ya it’s colored in metallic bronze with a gold outline. I used a piece of orange ribbon to tie a bow on the basket. I’ve been dying to use the new embossing color I bought recently…he he… which is “ice sparkle”!! So I used it here to outline the wordings!! I think it looks beautiful… I also made this card in other color types, yellow and red. Unfortunately I don’t have pink cardstock for red color theme, so I had to use white.. but I think it looks ok!! Doesn’t’ it???

All the 3 types come with a matching envelope in yellow, pink and orange with matching ribbons. Customization is available for this card.. you can have the name of the receiver on the card.. or if you wish, the title can be changed into Thank you, Get well soon, Congratulations,…whatever.. but however it depends on the space left for the inscriptions!!

Phew! This design takes a lot of time to finish!!! I had to draw the lines and flowers very carefully, coz if just one thing goes wrong the whole card would be a waste. It’s very time consuming!! I did this design in two colors, gold and silver! However I didn’t include any wordings because that I think it would be too much. I want the attention to be drawn to the beautiful heart!! He he he! Once again, what is my theme …? Ya to be simple!!!he he … So, no customization available for this card, sorry.

However this card can be used as a love theme card, Valentine day, Lover’s birthday…etc. The envelope comes in white with a piece of gold or silver ribbon. I usually decorate the front of the envelope and most of the time I use ribbons or stripes in colors.
